What is location sound?
Location sound, also referred to as production sound, is the art of capturing the sound during the shooting phase of film, video, and television production. The location sound mixer strives to bring the best sound possible to your production during the shoot. This is accomplished by selecting the appropriate microphones and microphone placement to best meet the production’s needs. Professionally recorded sound during production will save you time, money, and stress in post.
Thomas A. Johnson is ISP’s sound guru.
Tom brings over 20 years of location sound experience to the table. He has worked on a wide variety of sets including film, corporate, and broadcast. He will work efficiently and leverage the correct tools to make your production sound great.
